iQLABS retains all rights, title and interest in and to our software, including ΛiQ, iQWEB, PropertyIQ, scoring systems, report templates, designs and branding. You receive a limited licence to use the services in accordance with these terms.

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iQLABS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the services will not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding three (3) months.
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you breach these terms or use the platform in a way that creates risk for us or other users.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

iQLABS uses Stripe for secure payment processing. iQLABS Limited is the merchant of record and is responsible for all payments, invoicing, and applicable taxes associated with iQLABS products (including iQWEB and PropertyIQ).
Certain products may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions via:
iQWEB and future products may offer credit packs that can be used to run individual scans or generate reports. Unless otherwise stated at purchase time, credits do not expire but are non-transferable between accounts.
Once credits are used to perform scans or generate reports, they cannot be refunded.
Prices shown may be exclusive of applicable VAT, GST, or other sales taxes. Where required by law, tax will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
iQLABS Ltd is responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting applicable taxes in accordance with relevant tax laws. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Refunds are handled in accordance with iQLABS Ltd’s Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Once a report has been generated or scan credits have been consumed, refunds may be declined unless required by law.
If a subscription payment fails, Stripe may automatically retry the charge. If payment cannot be successfully collected, your subscription may be paused, cancelled, or access to paid features may be limited until payment is resolved.
