1. Agreement
By accessing or using any iQLABS product (including iQWEB and PropertyIQ), you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of services
You may use our services to:
- Create and manage an account
- Scan websites or properties you own or are authorised to analyse
- Generate and download diagnostic reports
You agree not to:
- Use the service in a way that violates any law or regulation
- Scan or attempt to scan systems without proper authorisation
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or resell the underlying engine without permission
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security issue.
4. Payments & billing
All payments for iQLABS products are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record.
Paddle manages billing, tax, invoicing and, where applicable, refunds.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled. Credit packs are charged as one-off purchases.
5. Refund policy
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle’s policies. You may request a refund via the link
provided in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting us at
billing@iqlabs.co.nz.
6. Intellectual property
iQLABS retains all rights, title and interest in and to our software, including ΛiQ, iQWEB, PropertyIQ,
scoring systems, report templates, designs and branding. You receive a limited licence to use the services
in accordance with these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services to:
- Engage in illegal, harmful or abusive behaviour
- Harass or harm other individuals or organisations
- Misrepresent reports as official certifications or regulatory approvals
8. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum
extent permitted by law, iQLABS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages,
including loss of profits or data.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your
use of the services will not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding three (3) months.
9. Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you breach
these terms or use the platform in a way that creates risk for us or other users.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the New Zealand courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
