ΛiQ (our internal Web Intelligence Engine) powers the scoring, prioritisation and reporting layers behind iQWEB. Over time this engine will support additional products and APIs for partners, starting with property diagnostics.
PropertyIQ is a planned extension of the same diagnostic model into the property space. It is intended to help owners, buyers and advisers understand the relative strengths, risks and opportunities of a property using a clear scoring and report system. PropertyIQ will follow the same subscription and credit-based model as iQWEB.
iQLABS Limited is registered and based in Auckland, New Zealand. We sell only digital software and services and rely on established providers like Paddle to handle payments and tax as Merchant of Record.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security issue.
All payments for iQLABS products are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Paddle manages billing, tax, invoicing and, where applicable, refunds.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled. Credit packs are charged as one-off purchases.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle’s policies. You may request a refund via the link provided in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting us at billing@iqlabs.co.nz.
iQLABS retains all rights, title and interest in and to our software, including ΛiQ, iQWEB, PropertyIQ, scoring systems, report templates, designs and branding. You receive a limited licence to use the services in accordance with these terms.

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iQLABS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the services will not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding three (3) months.
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you breach these terms or use the platform in a way that creates risk for us or other users.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

How payments, subscriptions, credits and refunds are handled for iQLABS products.

iQLABS uses Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record. All payments, invoices and taxes associated with iQLABS products (including iQWEB and PropertyIQ) are processed by Paddle.
Certain products may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions via:
iQWEB and future products may offer credit packs that can be used to run individual scans or generate reports. Unless otherwise stated at purchase time, credits do not expire but are non-transferable between accounts.
Once credits are used to perform scans or generate reports, they cannot be refunded.
Paddle is responsible for calculating, collecting and remitting applicable VAT, GST or sales taxes on qualifying transactions. Tax amounts will be shown at checkout where required by law.
Refund requests are assessed in line with Paddle’s refund policy and any applicable consumer laws. If you believe you are entitled to a refund:
We may work with Paddle to review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a partial or full refund.
If a subscription payment fails, Paddle may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled and access to paid features may be limited until payment is successfully processed.
